Gabry Ponte:

Gabriele Ponte is one of the members of the world-wide known Italian dance-group Eiffel65.
In 2001 he decided to go solo under the artist-name “Gabry Ponte”. First single was “Got To Get” followed by “Time To Rock”(2002), “Music”(2002) and “Geordie”(2002). Those tracks have been the main reason to that Gabry Ponte today is the “new Gigi D’Agostino”. In October 2002 he released his first self-titled solo-album with a lot of new tracks. This album was a huge best-seller in Italy.
Gabry is together with Eiffel65 a very big part of the record label Blissco and for that reason he got a finger on almost every new Blissco production. Besides that, Gabry is making new remixes of italodance-tracks all the time in a close co-operation with the other guys at Blissco, like Roberto Molinaro.
Together with Giorgio Prezioso and Molella, Gabry Ponte is the strong DJ-trio at the Italian radio station, Radio Deejay.
Since “Geordie” had big success in Italy in October 2002 he made two other singles; “Man In The Moon”(summer 2003) and “La Danza Delle Streghe”(fall 2003). “La Danze Delle Streghe” was the first single from Gabry Ponte’s second solo-album, “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. DJ” which came out in Italy in spring 2004. Almost at the same time Gabry Ponte released the old Eiffel 65 track “Figli Di Pitagora” in a new version together with the Italian Rock-artist Little Tony.
